Client Services Terms

Effective date: 05 May 2026

Version: REL-CLIENT-SERVICES-2026.05

These terms are drafted to offer transparent, platform-grade standards similar to leading booking marketplaces. They define roles, accountability boundaries, and fair usage obligations between clients, partners, and Relaxini.

1. Scope of Services

  • Relaxini is a digital booking platform that connects clients with independent wellness, beauty, and personal care partners.
  • Relaxini does not directly provide treatments. Service quality, execution, staff qualifications, and in-venue safety remain the sole responsibility of each listed partner.
  • Content displayed on listings (photos, descriptions, durations, and optional add-ons) is provided by partners and may change over time.

2. Account Eligibility and Security

  • You must provide accurate identity and contact information and keep your account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including bookings made by authorized or unauthorized use of your credentials.
  • If you suspect account misuse, you must notify Relaxini support immediately so protective actions can be applied.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and without attempting fraud, harassment, abuse, or disruption of partner operations.
  • Repeated abusive behavior, fake bookings, chargeback abuse, or misuse of promotions may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
  • You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit platform data, ranking logic, or partner content without written authorization.

4. Prices, Offers, and Payments

  • Prices and offers are set by partners unless explicitly stated otherwise; taxes and fees may apply based on jurisdiction.
  • Prepayment, deposits, and card guarantees may be required by certain partners according to their policy.
  • In case of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or suspected fraud, Relaxini or the partner may cancel affected transactions with notice.

5. Data and Privacy

  • Relaxini processes personal data necessary to operate bookings, reminders, account security, and customer support.
  • Partners receive booking-related client data required to deliver the requested service.
  • Data handling follows applicable law and the Relaxini Privacy Notice.

6. Liability and Dispute Handling

  • Relaxini acts as an intermediary platform and is not the service provider of in-person treatments.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaxini is not liable for partner service outcomes, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • Disputes should first be raised through support with booking evidence so a good-faith resolution can be attempted.

7. Term Updates

  • These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.
  • Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use of booking features.
